Attorney Pouyan Bohloul represents individuals in Lemon Law & Bodily Injury cases in California.
Attorney Bohloul received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law (“FSU”) in May of 2015. During the law school he clerked for the chief judge of the second circuit court, which gave him the opportunity to see how cases are processed, reviewed, and decided in the judicial system; a unique experience that allows him to better represent his clients in courtrooms today.
Attorney Bohloul is an avid advocate for his clients and has successfully litigated many cases from inception through litigation and up to trial. He evaluates each case on its own merits and writes a strategy for each case. Attorney Bohloul regularly spends time with his clients to better understand them and their needs as their case develop.
Prior to migrating the United States, Mr. Bohloul was practicing law in Iran. He graduated from the prominent Tehran University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) and was admitted to practice law in 2007, after obtaining the second highest score. During the law school he worked at Bahrami Law Office, which laid the foundation for his future character and style as an advocate. Throughout his career Mr. Bohloul has represented both individuals and big corporations (e.g.: Honda, Mediterranean Shipping Company) in transactional and adversarial matters. He has been published by the American Bar Association’s Year in Review in 2016, and the American Bar Association’s International Law Section, and has received Certificate of Appreciation for his contributions to The World Bank Group’s publication, i.e., Doing Business magazine.
With almost two decades of practice, Mr. Bohloul brings his knowledge and experience to the table to get justice for you – only the “people.”
In his spare time, Mr. Bohloul gives back to his community by supporting raising awareness about “Domestic Violence” against women and children.
